• PETERS milk, semisweet, and white (Made by Nestle, this pure chocolate is sold by the pound or in 10# blocks.)
• VELICHE milk, dark, and white  (Pure Belgian chocolate in disk form.)
• CALLEBAUT milk, dark, and white  (Pure chocolate in disk form.)
• CALLEBAUT milk, semisweet, bittersweet, white, and unsweetened (Pure chocolate sold by the pound or in 11# blocks.)
